What Happens After You Reach Out

Calls and messages are answered from our office at 60 Freedom Parkway, Suite 1, Hermon, ME 04401, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emergency service is available for water and mold problems that cannot wait.

1. We ask a few questions. Where the problem is (attic, basement, crawl space, walls), how long it has been going on, and whether a home sale or inspection deadline is involved.
2. We book a free on-site visit. Moisture and heat-loss problems are hard to price over the phone, so we look at the house. For energy questions we can scheduleEnergy Audits with blower door testing.
3. You get a written estimate. Scope, price and schedule in writing, with no pressure to commit. If the work qualifies for Efficiency Maine rebates, we explain how the paperwork works.

Helpful to have when you call

• Photos of water stains, mold or the spot where water comes in, and when it happens (spring melt, heavy rain, all year).
• A home inspection report if the problem came up during a sale. Attic mold flagged in an inspection is a common reason people call us for Mold Removal.
• Your heating fuel and roughly what you use in a winter, if you are asking about Insulation Services or Air Sealing.
